Hubventory allows brands to update their personal information, recognizing the importance of change. In this knowledge base, we have provided instructions on how to edit your name, email, password, and Stripe account.


To edit your name, email, or password, follow these steps:

  • Click on "Settings" in the top left corner of the website.
  • Navigate to the "Account" tab and select the field you wish to update.

  • Note: Changing your name or email address does not require entering your password.

  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.


Brands often need to update their Stripe accounts, and we have implemented a convenient feature to accommodate this. You can now easily change or update your synced Stripe account by following these steps:


  1. Click on "Settings" in the top left corner of the website.

  2. Select the "Integrations" tab.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the "Stripe Connect" box.

  4. Click on "Disconnect" and proceed to enter your new Stripe information.

  • By disconnecting the existing Stripe account and entering the new information, you can seamlessly update and sync your Hubventory account with the desired Stripe account.



Important Notice: Please be aware that we currently only support Stripe as the payment option within Hubventory. To synchronize your Hubventory account with your Stripe account, brands must follow these steps:


  1. Enable and activate your payment methods in Payment method settings. This ensures that your Stripe account is properly integrated.

  2. During the integration process, you will be required to provide your Stripe email address for confirmation.


By following these instructions, brands can successfully synchronize their Hubventory and Stripe accounts, enabling seamless payment processing.
