This error occurs when the card used by the retailer doesn’t have enough balance to cover the total cost. Once the order is being processed by the brand and the card doesn't have sufficient funds, an error notification will appear, and a message will be sent to the retailer, informing them that the card needs to be updated.

Most of the time, if this incident happens, the brand will reach out to the support or directly with the retailer.

To ensure that the payment is sent to the brand and that your order is shipped by them, you just need to update the card or attempt to repeat the payment on your end.

Here's how:

  • Go to "Orders."
  • Click the order number.
  • In the "Shipments" section, choose the card number that you want to get charged.
  • Lastly, click the "Retry" button.
