Hubventory leaves the return, refund, and order policies up to the brands. We believe in their product, and what happens to it should always remain in their control if a return is needed.


Some brands have their return policy stated in their profile description. Buyers can use the direct message feature to communicate with them regarding any order queries.


If a retailer wanted to return an ordered product, they should first contact the brand. Retailers may return the product; however, there must be no damage.


If you are a retailer, you can send a message directly to the brand if you have any additional questions about your order by going to the brand's profile.
