We have made significant changes to enhance the advertising and product sharing experience for brands. Say hello to the revamped Boards and Collection features. We're thrilled to announce that all existing "Collection Albums" will now be transformed into dynamic "Boards."
What does this mean for you? Rest assured, your boards will retain their titles and products intact (from Collection title and products). But here's the game-changer: our updated algorithm will now prioritize product updates over the number of followers. This means that boards with freshly updated or newly uploaded products will take the spotlight on the first page.
Brands now have 4 options on how to update and add products to their Boards.
To feature specific products on your profile, simply add them to your Brand Featured Board. Any products added to this board will be showcased on your brand's main page. Here's how to do it:

Go to your live profile.
Choose the product you want to feature.
Click the star icon located at the bottom right corner or near the product.
Select the "Brand Featured Board" option.
By following these steps, you can easily feature your desired products on your profile.
The second option is to create and add products through the "Boards" tab, here’s how:

1.On the homepage, go to the "Products" section and select "Boards."
2. Click the "New Board" button.
3.On the next page, enter the board name, add a description, and make sure to check the box that allows others (brands who follow you and retailers) to see the board.
4.To add items to the board, click the arrow in the “Boards Actions” box and select "Add products." You will be redirected to your live profile where you can choose the products to add.
5.Look for a star icon located at the bottom right corner or near the product. Click the star and select the board album where you want to add the product.

1. Look for a star icon located at the bottom right corner or near the product. Click the star and select the “New Board” button.
2. Enter your desired board name and click the “Green Check” to save , automatically the product will be added to the created board.
Lastly, adding product/s through “Products tab”

1. Go to “All Products”.
2. In the “Bulk Actions” tab, select “Edit”
3. Select the product that you wanted to add to your existing board.
4. In the “Add to board” tab, type the album title
5. Lastly, click the “Update Product” button
How to Set and organize your board
- After adding the desired product to your board, you can easily set a cover photo. Just go to the action board tab, click "Edit," and choose the product you want as your cover photo. (Please click here for tutorial video)
- To organize your products, simply click the four arrow icon located at the upper right corner of the product's image and drag it to your desired position. (Please click here for tutorial video)
- Once done setting and organizing your board, go to action board tab and click “Finish editing”
- To publish your board make sure that you have set it to public. Go to the board actions tab and choose “Make Public”. (Please click here for tutorial video)
- If you want to hide or unpublish your board to your live profile you may choose the “Make Private” at the board actions tab.
How to Delete a Board

- Go to My Boards tab.
- Look for the pencil icon or the "Edit" option, usually located near the board's title or in the settings menu.
- Click on the pencil icon or "Edit."
- In the Board Actions box, you should find a "Delete" option.
- Click on "Delete" A confirmation popup window may appear asking you to confirm the deletion. If prompted, confirm the deletion by clicking the "Delete" or "Confirm" button.
After completing these steps, the board will be permanently deleted and cannot be reinstated, so make sure to double-check before confirming the deletion.
